FROM a radio in a hat to a one-wheeled motorbike, these are wacky 1930s inventions that would have left the Dragons’ Den panel bankrupt.


None of the bizarre creations — which have emerged from Holland’s science ministry — ever caught on.
But with summer fast approaching, the amphibious bike could still make a comeback.
